The Parliamentary Standing Committee has summoned the officials of the National Highway Authority and Rural Development Department of Punjab. They have been called due to the problems created in the natural water conditions due to the highway construction. During this, the officials have been instructed to bring the relevant records. They will be asked why such a situation has arisen.
