On Saturday, a special court in Bengaluru sentenced former JDS MP and former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda’s grandson Prajwal Revanna to life imprisonment in a maid rape case. The court imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on Revanna. It also ordered him to pay a compensation of Rs 7 lakh to the victim.
