State Bank of India (SBI) has declared the loan account of Reliance Communications Limited (RCOM) as fraud. SBI is now preparing to report the name of former RCOM director Anil Ambani to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This has started a new controversy over the finances of the telecom company.
