Delhi has become the first state in the country to get permission from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to conduct trials of cloud seeding (artificial rain) to tackle pollution. Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa gave this information on Tuesday. He said that this trial will be conducted between the last week of August and the first week of September.
