People are outraged by a video of a couple “making love” inside a moving bus and are calling for harsh punishment to be taken against them on social media. When the video first went viral, it was purportedly from Delhi. Soon after, a lot of people on social media posted screen grabs from the same video, claiming to show an Odisha-born bus conductor sporting a CRUT T-shirt. The location and time of the video’s recording cannot be independently confirmed though.

The pair is seen engaging in a private act while seated in the back seat of the bus in the video, which was taken by another passenger. Next to the couple, there’s a sitting elderly woman. She covers her face and turns her face to the other side as the couple get more passionate with eachother.

Someone commented on the viral video, saying, “Strict action should be taken on this.” Following the right to free speech and expression.
Presenting: the liberty to express profanity in public spaces,” another user wrote. “Amazing,” remarked a third.

Earlier, a couple that was riding the Bengaluru Metro was previously seen on camera engaging in a private act. The couple was allegedly kissing on the packed metro, according to the person who recorded the video, and Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) was tagged to take enforcement action against them.

Following the viral video, Bengaluru police requested that the complainant send their contact information via direct message so that they could take further action.

Similar incidents have been reported on the Delhi Metro before, and the authorities have threatened to take drastic measures if anyone is discovered engaging in sexual activity within the metro coaches.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation made the following statement earlier: “We have consistently urged passengers, and we are working to increase awareness through social media. If fellow travelers witness such behavior, it should be reported right away.
