Police reportedly stopped a meeting of saints at Om Ashram near Karsewakpuram in Ayodhya on Tuesday. The meeting was being held over the alleged Ram Temple donation theft and against Champat Rai. The saints alleged that police arrived during the meeting, removed them from the ashram and locked the premises. The allegations have triggered further controversy in Ayodhya.
