Key highlights include laying the foundation stone for the ₹22,000-crore Silchar-Guwahati Expressway and a rail coach making facility in Kokrajhar. He will also dedicate the 150 MW Kopili Hydro Power Project and initiate a historic land rights distribution program for the tea garden community.
