Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday laid the foundation stone for a new ammonia-urea fertilizer plant in Namrup, Dibrugarh district, Assam, which will be built at a cost of ₹10,601 crore. Addressing a large public gathering on the occasion, he launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, calling it a party that promotes “anti-national ideology.”
