Efforts to form a new government in Bihar have now intensified. The JDU has called a legislative party meeting tomorrow, where Nitish Kumar will be elected as its leader. A meeting of the BJP legislative party is expected tomorrow, Monday. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will submit his resignation to the Governor on November 17th and may also stake claim to form a new government on the same day.
