Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) chief Mukesh Sahni on Friday refused to contest the Bihar Assembly elections. His party is part of the Grand Alliance. He said, “We don’t want the Rajya Sabha seat; I want to be Deputy CM. Now I will campaign for my own candidates.” In fact, the Congress party had offered Sahni a Rajya Sabha seat, but he refused.
