Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the Kartavya Bhawan-03 building on Kartavya Path in Delhi. It is part of the Central Vista project started in 2019 and is the first of the 10 buildings of the Common Central Secretariat (CSS). Kartavya Bhawan-03 has been inaugurated first.
