Heavy rains have been continuing in Uttarakhand since Saturday. The Char Dham Yatra has been suspended here for the next 24 hours. Travellers have been ordered to stop at Haridwar, Rishikesh, Srinagar, Rudraprayag, Sonprayag and Vikasnagar only. 8 to 9 labourers working in a hotel under construction are missing due to cloudburst on the Yamunotri road in Uttarkashi.
