The Federal Trade Court has banned US President Donald Trump’s tariffs, terming them unconstitutional. The court clearly said that Trump misused his powers and tried to impose these tariffs by going beyond the scope of the Constitution. Manhattan’s Federal Court of International Trade declared Trump’s move illegal.
