President Draupadi Murmu is giving away the second phase of Padma Awards at Rashtrapati Bhavan. 68 personalities including folk singer late Dr. Sharda Sinha are being honored. During this, PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar are also present. Earlier on April 28, 71 personalities were honored with Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri in the first phase of the award ceremony.
