Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Thursday appealed to the Central Government to allocate sufficient funds for caste enumeration in the next census and to fix a time limit for this. It is noteworthy that yesterday the Central Government has decided to conduct caste-based enumeration in the upcoming census.
