The intense heat wave has begun in the north-western states of the country. Heat wave alert has been issued in 9 states including Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The night temperature in Rajasthan is also crossing 45 degrees. There is a possibility of rain in 8 states of North-East and South.
