Narayana Murthy feels Kareena Kapoor “ignored fans” on flight, old video surfaces
An old video of actor Kareena Kapoor being criticized by Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy for ignoring her fans on a flight has gone viral. Infosys founder Narayana Murthy and Kareena Kapoor were travelling in the same flight.
Murthy expressed his dismay at Kapoor’s lack of acknowledgement for her fans during a conversation at IIT-Kanpur.
In a conversation at IIT-Kanpur, Mr Murthy voiced his surprise at Kapoor’s lack of acknowledgment towards her fans.
“The other day I was coming from London, and next to me was Kareena Kapoor, sitting in her seat. So many people came to her and said hello. She didn’t even bother to react,” said Narayana Murthy.
“I was a little bit surprised. Whoever came to me, I stood up, and we discussed for a minute or half a minute-that’s all they were expecting,” Narayana Murthy added.
Sudha Murty interrupted this talk by remarking, “She has a million admirers. She had to be worn out.
The audience applauded loudly and laughed in response to her statement.
“Murthy, a founder, a software person, will have maybe 10,000 (fans), but a film actor will get a million,” added Sudha Murty. Nevertheless, Murthy continued with his viewppoint.
